  • My products are digital downloads; there are no refunds. 
• Courses:
  • I know that you and your family will love the online courses but if you are unhappy you can get a refund in full if canceled within 5 days of the purchase date.
• Tutoring Sessions/Educational Consulting:
  • I will refund the amount in full if canceled with 48 hour notice.
